  • For appointments on Mondays in East Toronto, please book through Upper Beach Health and Wellness booking site.

    For appointments on Thursdays in West Toronto, please book through Inspired Wellness Clinic’s booking site.

  • There are a limited number of sliding-scale spaces available if you do not have coverage through an insurance plan and experience financial barriers to accessing therapy. Please reach out to request this option.
